What you need to know
House Rules
We want all of our guests to have a great vacation. We do have some basic house rules we ask all guests to follow. This protects not only our guests but also ensures the property is at its best for each group that visits.
Amenities
The house will be well equipped for your stay. Take a look at our list of what is at the property. We provide “starters” for many items such as laundry pods. A starter for most items is more than 1 and in some cases it is several. Please plan and pack accordingly for various items you may need.

The Address for Crooked Landing is 3734 Oden Rd, Alanson Mi, 49706. You can also find us on Google Maps by searching for Crooked Landing, Alanson, MI. There is a fence along the highway in front of the property with our logo on a sign by the entrance.

Water, AC, & Heat
Crooked Landing has a mini-split heat pump system for Heating and cooling, along with radiant heat. Additionally, a unique feature of the property is that the water comes from an Artesian Spring. Please review this for important information during your stay.
House Water Refill
As mentioned in other sections on the website, the house gets its water from an Artesian Spring. These are the instructions on what to do in the unlikely event you run out of water.
